UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometry for transmission, blocking OD, and bandwidth.

02 Geometry and surface shape

Interferometry for flatness; parallelism, thickness, and dimensional checks (AQL or 100% by need).

03 Appearance quality

Microscope & optical bench for scratch-dig; cleanliness, bubbles, and stress mark inspection.

Quality control system

01 IQC

Grade/lot verification, dimensional/visual sampling, baseline spectral checks when required.

02 IPQC

SPC at critical steps (thickness/parallelism/thermal profile/screen consistency).

03 OQC

Complete inspection of finished products, and sampling inspection when shipped
